Canadian orders
Individuals and retailers in Canada can order directly from our website using a credit or debit card or PayPal. We ship from Metro Vancouver, BC, via Canada Post, typically using the most economical option available. Shipping charges are added at checkout, with flat rates varying by location. We process orders promptly; UPS delivery can be arranged for urgent requests.

Library accounts and Canadian retailers can also order through Catalist or Bookmanager.
Wholesale and international orders
Our titles are available worldwide through our Seattle-based distributor, Asterism. Bookstores, libraries, and other wholesale customers can order through Asterism at discounted rates. Asterism also offers affordable international shipping for individual customers.
